熄风定眩方治疗血管性眩晕60例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xifeng Dingxuan Fang(熄风定眩方) in Treating 60 Cases of Vascular Vertigo

目的观察熄风定眩方治疗血管性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将126例血管性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各63例,治疗组给予熄风定眩方治疗,对照组给予氟桂利嗪胶囊10 mg,睡前服用。治疗2周后评价临床疗效,并比较两组患者治疗前后眩晕障碍评分量表(DHI)总分及身体评价、情感评价、功能评价三项得分。结果两组均脱落病例3例。治疗组临床疗效总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后DHI量表总分及各项得分较治疗前降低(P<0.01),其中治疗组患者治疗后DHI量表的情感评价得分较对照组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论熄风定眩方和氟桂利嗪胶囊均可有效改善血管性眩晕的临床症状,提高患者生活质量,且熄风定眩方改善眩晕对患者造成的心理障碍优于氟桂利嗪胶囊。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Xifeng Dingxuan Fang（ 熄风定眩方） in treating vascular vertigo. Methods Randomly divided 126 cases of patients with vascular vertigo into treatment group and control group,with 63 cases each. The treatment group was treated with Xifeng Dingxuan Fang while the control group was given flunarizine capsule 10 mg,orally taken before sleep. Evaluated curative effects after treating for 2 weeks,and compared scores of dizziness handicap inventory（ DHI,from three aspects of body evaluation,emotion evaluation and function evaluation） of patients in both groups before and after treatment. Results There were 3 cases dropped out in each group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91. 7%,while that of the control group was80. 0%. The difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Total scores and scores of each item in DHI scale of patients in both groups after treatment decreased compared with that before treatment（ P〈0. 01）. Among them,scores of emotion evaluation in DHI scale of patients in the treatment group after treatment remarkably decreased compared with the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Xifeng Dingxuan Fang and flunarizine capsule could both effectively improve clinical symptoms of vascular vertigo,upgrade patients＇ quality of life. And Xifeng Dingxuan Fang seems superior to flunarizine capsule in improving vertigo-induced mental disorders.
