论文科应用型高校的“二次转型”

On “the Second Transformation” of Applied-Oriented Colleges of Liberal Arts

当前,应用型高校正面临由规模和数量发展向内涵和质量发展、由学术逻辑向应用逻辑发展的质性变革。文科专业应用型人才培养质量存在突出问题。要根本解决"应用型特色不明显、优势不突出"的问题,文科应用型高校迫切需要进行"二次转型"。"二次转型"的原则是发挥两个主体的力量,由虚向实、由外延向内涵、由学术理性向应用理性不断发展;具体路径是从办学定位、人才培养模式、学科专业建设、师资队伍建设、校园文化建设等五个方面做好扎实工作。

Currently,applied-oriented colleges are undergoing transformation which emphasizes developing school from quantity to quality,from academic logic to applied logic.There are severe problems in the cultivating of applied talents of liberal arts among which the lack of special feature and its advantages are the most critical ones.These kinds of colleges are bound to innovate for ＂the second time＂in order to solve these problems.The principles of the transformation is to exert the effort of two main bodies—teachers and students with attitude of being practical and from outward to inward,ending up with developing from academic logic to applied logic.The concrete path to the transformation is to do a large amount of solid work on the school＇s positioning,cultivating mode of applied talents,discipline,and construction of teaching faculty and the campus culture.
