创业型大学的转型与未来:以“奇点大学”为例

Transformation and Future of Entrepreneurial University:Based on Singularity University

创业型大学经历三十多年的发展,其概念、内涵、形式、机制都在不断革新。2009年诞生于美国硅谷的奇点大学,致力于培养未来领军人物,在办学理念、创业环境、组织结构、师资聘用、学生来源、教学内容、教学形式、创业教育等方面都具有独到的创新之处,代表创业型大学的转型方向。基于奇点大学的启示,文章对创业型大学的未来发展图景进行展望:充满活力且富有创新精神的学习型机构、与内外部所有的利益相关者紧密联系、很强的地域特色、覆盖大学各个学院和部门的创新创业教学法、自下而上的创新奖励机制,从而最大限度地实现学生创业的自主授权和创新思维的自由。

Entrepreneurial university has experienced more than 30 years of development and its concept,connotation,form and mechanism are in constant innovation.In 2009,the Singularity university was built in Silicon Valley in the United States and it is committed to cultivating future leaders.It has a unique innovation in educational philosophy,entrepreneurial environment,organization structure,teachers employment,student source,teaching contents,teaching forms,entrepreneurship education and other aspects.It represents a direction transformation of Entrepreneurial university.Based on the enlightenment of the singularity university,this paper looks forward to the prospect of the future development of the Entrepreneurial University including a dynamic and innovative learning organization,closely related internal and external stakeholders,very strong regional feature,innovation and entrepreneurship teaching methods covering all colleges and departments of universities,and＂bottom-up＂incentive mechanism of innovation,aiming to greatly realize the students＇ self-authorized entrepreneurship and the freedom of innovative thinking.
