来华留学生教育过程中的矛盾及应对之策

Analyses and Countermeasures of Conflicts in Education for International Students

来华留学生教育过程是一个动态的发展过程,存在各种矛盾,在这些矛盾中,既有贯穿始终、决定教育过程性质和趋势的基本矛盾,也有体现在各个阶段的具体矛盾。化解这些矛盾要坚持"四个统一原则",即实事求是与发挥主观能动性相统一原则、整体性与发展性相统一原则、普遍性与特殊性相统一原则、真理性和价值性相统一原则,同时还要提高教育主体的综合素养、积极影响教育客体、不断优化教育目标、努力完善教育介体和积极营造良好的教育环境,从而推动来华留学生教育过程的运行。

There are a variety of conflicts in the dynamic development of the education for international students.These conflicts are composed of the basic conflicts which decide the educational nature as well as the educational trend and the specific conflicts appearing in different educational sections.To resolve these conflicts,＂Four Principles of Integration＂should be clung to,namely the integration of the spirit of seeking truth from facts and initiative spirits; the integration of the wholeness and the dynamic; the integration of the universality and the specificity; the integration of truth and value; simultaneously,the educational subjects＇ comprehensive quality should be improved to have active influence on the educational objects and to perfect the educational objective.Furthermore,the excellent educational environment should be constructed to promote the development of education for intercultural students in China.
