摘要
近年来,国内部分高校在传统学生教育管理模式的基础上开始推行书院制,师生互动则是书院制模式下贯穿课堂内外的重要内容。文章从哲学、心理学、社会学和教育生态学等多个学科视角探究书院制模式下师生互动的理论基础,并结合北京航空航天大学书院的运行实践加以分析阐述。
In recent years,residential college system has been implemented on the basis of traditional education and management pattern for undergraduate students in several domestic universities.Teacher-student interaction is the key content throughout residential college system.This paper explores the theoretical basis of teacher-student interaction in residential college system under multiple perspectives of philosophy,psychology,sociology and education ecology,combined with the operation practice of colleges in Beihang University to analyse and explain.
