依法治国背景下大学生法治观的塑造

College Students' Legal Ideology Education with the Background of Ruling the Country by Law

在全面依法治国背景下,大学生法治观塑造具有最为基础性、长远性、根本性的终端价值,其应成为大学生法治教育工作的根本目标。大学生法治观塑造,应以社会主义法治观念为核心基础,树立宪法法律至上理念,养成法治思维和运用法治方式解决矛盾与问题的行为习惯。加强和改进大学生法治教育,必须在正确认识法治教育根本属性、准确把握大学生法治教育终极目的、精准把握大学生法治教育规律特质、深刻把握法治教育系统性基础上进行,以此开创大学生法治教育工作的新局面。

With the background of ruling the country by law,shaping the concept of college students＇ legal ideology is valuable for its basic,long-term and fundamental characteristics which should be the underlying target for law workers of college students＇ legal ideology education.It should be the core basis as the concept of the socialist legal education,establish the constitutional supremacy of law and develop the behavioral habits of legal thinking and using the rule of law to solve the contradictions and problems.To enforce and reform college students＇ legal ideology education,law workers should grasp its underlying target,the characteristics of legal educational rule and the legal education system as a basis so as to initiate a new normality of college students＇ legal ideology education.
