产业集群背景下地方高校协同创新人才培养策略

Personnel Training Strategy of Collaborative Innovation in Local Universities under the Background of Industrial Cluster

在区域经济发展视角下,产业集群效应不断渗透,地方高校正在形成新一轮的资源整合,新兴产业、创意产业与地方高校的协同创新成为区域发展的新动力,创新人才的需求与培养对地方高校的协同创新提出新要求。文章以产业集群为研究背景,论述产业集群与地方高校协同创新的必然趋势,提出人才评价的指标及评价机制,以此探索地方高校协同创新人才培养模式与策略。

From the perspective of regional economic development,a new round of resource integration is forming in the local universities with the permeation of industrial clusters,and the collaborative innovation has become a new driving force for the regional development in term of new industries,creative industries and local universities.Therefore,the cultivation and demand for innovative talents will be new requirements for collaborative innovation.Based on the background of industrial cluster,this paper discusses the trend of industrial cluster and collaborative innovation in local universities and puts forward talent evaluation indexes and evaluation mechanisms in order to explore some models and strategies for the personnel training of collaborative innovation in local universities.
