燃煤电站湿法烟气脱硫的颗粒物脱除效果 被引量:4

Particulate removal efficiency of wet flue gas desulfurization in a coal-fired power plant

摘要 伴随着我国燃煤电站污染物严峻形势湿法烟气脱硫协同捕集颗粒物越来越受到工程应用部门的重视。从基本理论出发,引入捕集体与颗粒碰撞、拦截与扩散的基本方程,推导并建立多液滴对多颗粒的捕集模型。研究结果表明:直径245μm的液滴,沉降速度小于气流速度,会被携带出脱硫塔;液滴对PM_(0.1)、PM_1、PM_5、PM_(10)。颗粒物的去除效率为U型曲线,910μm液滴对颗粒物的去除效率比4 666μm液滴高近百倍;同等质量浓度不同粒度分布,脱硫塔除尘性能仍然差异较大。 Faced with severe pollution caused by China s coal-fired power plants,the collaborative particle-capturing functionality of wet flue gas desulfurization systems has attracted increasing attention for commercial applications.Starting from the fundamental theory,this study introduces equations for collisions between the catchers and particles,their interception,and particle diffusion.Then,a multiple-droplet-to-nultiple-particle-trap model is derived.It is shown that droplets smaller than 245 μm are transported to the desulfurization tower when their settling velocity is less than the air velocity.The PM0.1,PM1,PM2.5,PM5,and PM10 removal efficiency of the droplets presents a U shape curve,with the removal efficiency of the 910 μm droplets being almost twice that of the4 666 μm droplets.Even with the same mass concentration,the particle removal efficiency in the desulfurization tower depends significantly on the particle size distribution.
