人参茎叶对鹌鹑生长、免疫器官指数和血液生化指标的影响 被引量:13

摘要 【目的】研究人参茎叶超微粉对鹌鹑生长性能、免疫器官指数和血液生化指标的影响。【方法】选取体质量相近、健康的1日龄鹌鹑250只,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每重复10只,Ⅰ组为日粮对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组为抗生素对照组,在基础日粮中添加诺氟沙星(10mg/kg);Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组为人参茎叶超微粉添加组,分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%,1.0%和2.0%(质量分数)的人参茎叶超微粉,比较5组鹌鹑的生长性能、免疫器官指数和血液生化指标。【结果】与对照Ⅰ组相比,Ⅲ和Ⅳ组鹌鹑平均日增质量显著升高(P<0.05);Ⅳ组料肉比显著降低,饲料转化率显著提高(P<0.05)。试验20d时,Ⅴ组鹌鹑法氏囊指数和Ⅳ组鹌鹑脾脏指数均显著高于对照Ⅰ组(P<0.05);与对照Ⅱ组相比,各试验组鹌鹑免疫器官指数差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验50d时,Ⅳ组鹌鹑脾脏指数和试验组鹌鹑胸腺指数均显著高于对照Ⅰ和Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组鹌鹑血液中LDLC、TCHE含量与ALT活性显著高于对照Ⅰ和Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅳ组鹌鹑血液中GLU含量显著高于对照Ⅰ组(P<0.05),LDLC、TCHE含量与ALT、AST和ALP活性显著高于对照Ⅰ和Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅴ组鹌鹑血液中ALB、LDLC含量显著高于对照Ⅰ和Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ和Ⅴ组鹌鹑血液中TBIL含量极显著高于对照Ⅰ和Ⅱ组(P<0.01);各组间TP、HDLC和TG含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】人参茎叶超微粉可促进鹌鹑的生长性能,改善鹌鹑的部分血液生化指标,促进鹌鹑免疫器官的发育,且以质量分数1%添加剂量效果最佳。 【Objective】This study investigated the effects of ginseng stem and leaf on growth performance,blood biochemical indices and immune organ indices of quail.【Method】A total of 250one-day old healthy quails were randomly divided into 5groups,and each group had 5repeats with 10 quails each.Group Ⅰ were fed on basal diets as control group.GroupⅡ were fed with basal diets with 10mg/kg Norfloxacin.GroupsⅢ,Ⅳ andⅤ were fed with basal diets added with 0.5%,1.0%and 2.0%superfine powder of ginseng stem and leaf,respectively.The growth performance,immune organ indices,and blood biochemical indices of quails were compared.【Result】Daily average weight of quails in groupsⅢandⅣ wereincreased significantly compared with group Ⅰ(P〈0.05).The feed conversion rate was decreased significantly and the feed conversion ratio was increased significantly in groupⅣ(P〈0.05).After 20 days,bursal index of quails in groupⅤand spleen index of quails in groupⅣ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ,while immune organ index of quails in all experimental groups had no significant difference compared with groupⅡ(P〈0.05).On the 50 th day,spleen index and thymus index of quails in groupⅣ were significantly higher than those in groups I and II(P〈0.05).LDLC and TCHE contents in blood and ALT activity of group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in groupsⅠ andⅡ(P〈0.05),GLU contents in blood of group Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ.LDLC and TCH E contents and ALT,AST,and ALP activities in group Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in groupsⅠ andⅡ(P〈0.05).ALB and LDLC contents in blood of group Ⅴ were significantly higher than those in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P〈0.05).TBIL contents in blood of groupsⅢ and Ⅳ were extremely significantly higher than those in groupsⅠ andⅡ(P〈0.01).There was no significant difference in TP,HDLC and TG contents among all groups(P〈0.05).【Conclusion】Ginseng stem and leaf promoted the growth performance,improved blood biochemical indices and enhanced the development of immune organ.The adding amount of 1% was optimal.
