鹅不食草生育期矿质元素变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究鹅不食草生育期对营养元素的需求规律,以期为鹅不食草的施肥和规范化种植提供科学依据。采集8个生长时期的鹅不食草植株,测定各时期植株中9种矿质元素的含量,分析鹅不食草对矿质元素的需求规律。鹅不食草植株中各矿质元素含量在生育期内变化明显,植株中以K含量为最高,之后由高到低的顺序为N>P>Ca>Mg>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu。鹅不食草生长初期,植株中N、Ca、Mg和Zn含量相对较高;盛花期,植株中P含量达到最大值;结果期,植株中P、Mg、Fe和Mn含量较高。另外,鹅不食草中K与P、N与Mn呈显著负相关(P<0.05),Zn与Mg、Zn与Ca之间呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。鹅不食草在不同时期对矿质元素的需求量不同,应根据生长时期进行施肥,同时,在施肥过程中还应注意元素间的协同、拮抗作用。 In order to provide a scientific basis for fertilization, the principle of quantity demand of mineral elements in Centipeda minima during the development period was studied. Mineral element contents of 8 periods in C. minima were tested and the data were analyzed. Mineral elements in C. minima changed obviously during growth period. Potassium is the most abundant element in C. minima, and the descending order of mineral element contents was N, P, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu. C. minima has higher contents of N, Ca, Mg and Zn on the early growth stage, the highest P content on full-bloom stage, and relatively higher contents of P, Mg, Fe and Mn on fi'uiting stage. Moreover, there were significant negative relationships between K and P and between N and Mn, and significant positive relationships between Zn and Ca or Mg.The kind of elements needed differed between different development periods. Meanwhile, attentions also shoul- d be payed to synergistic or antagonistic effect when to fertilize.
