摘要
[目的]研究不同施钾量对烤烟K326生长及产质量的影响。[方法]通过田间小区试验,研究了不同施钾量对烤烟品种K326农艺性状、经济性状、内在化学成分的影响。[结果]随着施钾量的增加,烟株增高,茎围增粗,烟叶的产量、产值有不同程度的提高;烟叶钾含量增加,水溶性总糖、还原糖、总氮等内在化学成分含量也有不同程度的增减,化学成分趋于协调,内在品质提高。在施纯氮105 kg/hm^2的水平下,367.5 kg/hm^2施钾方式效果最好。[结论]该研究为提高烟叶含钾量,降低烟叶焦油含量,提高烟叶及其制品的安全性提供了理论依据。
[Objective] To research the effects of potassium fertilizer amount on the growth, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco K326. [ Method] Field plot experiment was adopted to research the effects of potassium fertilizer amount on the agronomic characters, economic character and inherent chemical composition. [ Result] With the increase of potassium application, plant height and stem diameter of tobacco increased, and the yield and output value enhanced in different degrees. With the increase of potassium content in tobacco leaves, the contents of water-soluble sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen and other inherent chemical compositions decreased or inerased in different degrees, the chemical composition tend to be coordinated, and the inherent quality improved. Under the level of 105 kg/hm^2 nitrogen, application of 367.5 kg/hm^2 potassium fertilizer showed the best effects. [ Conclusion] This research provides theoretical foundation for enhancing the potassium content of tobacco leaves, reducing the oil tar cotnent of tobacco leaves, enhancing the safety of tobacco leaves and its products.
