摘要
针对烟站散烟在收购过程中水分散失很快,烟叶造碎率较高问题,同时为实现散烟收购线的全面自动化、降低分级难度、营造洁净的分级环境、保证烟叶质量等,设计开发了散烟收购前置增湿机。该增湿机利用真空泵抽吸真空箱体内的空气,使回潮箱内形成真空,然后由加湿系统对烟叶进行快速增湿回潮。该增湿机可以根据烟叶品种、堆积密度、工艺要求等,实现连续多次抽空加潮。该增湿机主要由回潮箱体、抽真空系统、门系统、控制系统、加潮系统、物流系统组成。试验结果表明,经回潮后的烟叶水分增加2%~5%,无破碎现象,作业质量符合工艺要求;机具结构设计合理,为烟站的烟叶快速增湿提供了技术支持。
In order to ensure the quality of the tobacco, previa humidifier for tobacco was designed and developed to improve the problems for the tobacco station in the acquisition process of water loss quickly, higher rate of broken pieces of tobacco, implementation of comprehensive automation, reduction of classification difficulty and creation of clean classification environment. The humidifier used air of vacuum pump vacuum suction box to form the eabine in a vacuum reverberation box, and then by the humidification system tobacco was rapidly regained moisture. The humidifier could be based on tobacco varieties, bulk density, process requirements, etc. , to achieve several consecutive pumping evacuation tide. The humidifier was mainly composed of regurgitated cabinet, vacuum system, door system, control system, humidification system and logistics system. The experimental results showed that the moisture content of tobacco leaves increased by 2% -5% with no broken phenomenon, and the operation quality was in accordance with the technological requirement. Its structure was reasonable, and provided technical support for increasing the humidity rapidly in the tobacco station.
