In this paper, we discuss the engineering sences on developing the systematized intelligent vacuum measurement instrument which is based on high properties MCU, and suited to middle or small vacuum application systems. The principle of the instrument is declared, the design points of multiparameter vacuum measurement instrument ZKY 50B are presented, and for a living example, the application of ZKY 50B in vacuum freeze drying system is briefly introduced.
