血液细胞检测质量的影响因素与控制措施分析

Analysis on the influencing factors and control measures of the quality of blood cell detection

目的分析和总结血液细胞检测质量的影响因素，并探讨其有效控制措施。方法随机选取2015年6月至2016年6月期间到本院接受血液细胞检测的102例志愿者的血液标本作为研究对象，对可能影响血液细胞检测质量的因素进行对比分析，并提出针对性的控制措施。结果经调查分析发现，血液标本不同的稀释比例、温度及放置时间等，都会造成血液检测中血红蛋白、白细胞、红细胞及血小板的检测结果数据出现一定的偏差，两种检测结果比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论进行血液细胞检验的数据结果可能会由于受到多种不同因素的作用而影响最终的检测质量。因此，在开展血液细胞检测时，应严控过程中的每一细小环节，切实保证检测结果的准确性。

Objective To analyze and summarize the factors affecting the quality of blood cell detection, and to explore the effective control measures. Methods 102 volunteers undergoing blood cell detection in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly selected in the study. The factors that may affect the quality of blood cell detection were analyzed, and put forward specific control measures. Results The investigation and analysis showed that the dilution ratio, temperature, and storage time of blood samples all caused a certain deviation detection node data in the blood hemoglobin, white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The data of blood cell detection may be affected by many different factors. Therefore, in the development of blood cell detection, we should strictly control the process of each small link, and effectively ensure the accuracy of the detection results.
