摘要
在石油化工行业,管道输送是一些关键技术得以实施的重要环节。目前随着所用管材韧性的增加,延性断裂成为管道断裂的主要形式,为了防止管道裂纹的扩展,需要对管材上出现的未穿透裂纹进行局部修复,本文采用局部添加钢套的修复方式,并利用有限元分析软件,对添加钢套后的管道强度和安全进行分析,研究钢套的宽度、厚度对修复效果的影响。
In the petrochemical industry,pipeline is an important link for some key technologies to implement. The increase of thecurrently used as the pipe material toughness, ductility fracture become the main form of pipeline fracture, in order to preventpipeline crack extension,the unpenetrated crack should be repaired locally. In this paper, we repaired tile crack by adding steeljacket, and by using the finite element analysis software to analysis security and intensity of the pipe after adding steel jacket ,andthe effects on the width and thickness of steel jacket.
