Simulation Design of Methanol-Aniline-Water Distillation Column with Computer

本文利于Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对甲醇-苯胺-水物系精馏分离进行了模拟,通过模拟计算,得出了该精馏塔的最佳操作参数:理论板数为26、进料位置为第19块理论板、最佳回流比为4.2、采出比D∶F为0.098,为精馏塔的结构设计及工艺设计提供了理论依据。

In this paper, medium with Methanol- Aniline- Water is simulated with software Aspen Plus. The following optimaloperating parameters were obtained according to the simulation： number of theoretical plate 26, feed location 19, reflux ratio 4.2and distillate to feed ratio 0. 098. These parameters give the theoretical basis for the design of column structure and the process.
