摘要
本文研究不同污泥负荷下,高蛋白污泥厌氧产酸效果和蛋白的降解规律,结果表明:厌氧发酵4d后,任一有机负荷条件下,蛋白降解趋于稳定。同时,当F/M=2∶1,发酵4 d时,挥发酸浓度可达783.3 mg/L,乙酸所占比例为24.18%;当F/M>1∶1时,乙酸降解发生在第3 d,其降解速率超过18.24 mg/(L·d)。
In order to investigate the regulations of volatile fatty acid (VFAs) accumulation and protein degradation ofproteinaceous sewage sludge, uhrasonic sludge as subtract was put into anaerobic fermentation reactors at different loads. Theresult showed that: firstly, the degradation of proteins became stable at any loads. Secondly, the concentration of volatile fattyacids reached 783.3mg/L on the 4th day at F/M = 2: 1, simultaneously, the percentage of acetic acid was up to 24. I8%.Thirdly,the decrease of acetic acid appeared on the 3rd day, and the degradation rate was more than 18.24 mg/(L·d).
