基于群众性自主创新创效实践的“3+3标准化工作法”研究

面对宏观经济下行,行业竞争激烈的形势以及服务对象日益苛刻的要求,借标准化创建及评审的契机,公司工会广泛动员广大职工,"以标准化思路、用标准化模式"开展群众性自主创新创效活动,推行"3+3工作法"。文章对"3+3工作法"的具体做法和实施效果进行了研究。

In the face of the downturn of macro economy, the situation of fierce competition in the industry and the growing stringent requirements of the service object, the company union, taking the opportunity of creating and assessing standardization, widely mobilizes the workers and carries out the campaign of mass independent innovation and efficiency in a standardized way of thinking, with standardized model, implementing ＂3＋3 execution of work＂.In this paper, the specific methods and implementation effect of 3＋3 working method are studied.
