摘要
为探明苦瓜熟性机理,本试验应用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型方法对强雌系苦瓜‘Q11-2’与强雄系BK0604杂交组合多个世代群体的第一雌花节位进行了联合分析,结果表明,‘Q11-2’与BK0604第一雌花节位遗传符合两对主基因+多基因遗传模型。该杂交组合的B1、B2、F2群体主基因遗传率分别为85.09%、46.29%和85.12%,多基因遗传率分别为0、48.77%、9.39%。这将有助于在今后育种中早期进行选择。
The node position of the first female flower of multi-generations from the cross combination of bitter gourd pistillate line ‘Q11-2'and strong male line BK0604 were analyzed by combination models of the major gene plus polygene mixed heredity of quantitative traits.The results showed that the node position of first female flower of ‘Q11-2'was controlled by two major genes.Moreover,the inheritance of the node position of the first female flower of ‘Q11-2'and BK0604 corresponded with the model of two major genes plus polygenes. The heritabilities of the major genes in B1,B2 and F2populations in the cross combinations were85.09%,46. 29%,85. 12%,respectively,while those of polygenes in the three populations were 0,48. 77,9.39%,respectively.This will be in favor of early selection in the breeding of bitter gourd in the future.
