摘要
采用不同玻纤质量分数的常规玻纤、扁平玻纤增强PA66塑料,对材料的力学性能、熔融指数、翘曲变形量等进行了研究。结果表明:扁平玻纤增强的PA66塑料具有优异的缺口冲击强度;玻纤质量分数超过60%,常规玻纤增强PA66塑料的拉伸强度开始下降;扁平玻纤增强PA66塑料的翘曲变形量随着扁平比的增加而减小。
Traditional glass fiber and flat glass fiber were used to produce PA66 composite at different glass fiber content. The mechanical properties, melt index and warpage behavior of PA66 composite were researched.
