摘要
裂缝是大体积混凝土普遍存在的现象,是工程界关注的重要问题。为解决所谓无坝不裂的难题,工程技术人员采取了一系列技术措施,如配合比优化、高掺粉煤灰、膨胀剂、抗裂纤维等,这些方法对于控制裂缝的产生和扩展起到了一定的作用。介绍了所提出的夹层锁水技术并利用该技术研发出了一种性能优异的新型抗裂材料,最大程度地实现了减缓甚至防止大体积混凝土出现裂缝,提高了混凝土自身抗裂能力。
The mass concrete cracks are normal phenomenon which is the most concerned problem in the engineering field.To solve the problem,a series of technical measures are adopted,such as mix optimization,high content fly ash and expansive agent,anti-crack fiber etc.These methods play a certain role in controlling crack occurrence and expansion.In this paper,interlayer lock water technology is used for developing a new type of excellent anti-crack material,to significantly decrease cracks or even prevent the possibility of cracks in mass concrete and improve the crack resistance of concrete.
