在总结分析阳煤集团多年通风瓦斯事故后,在现有管理体系的基础上,对现有通风瓦斯管控运行机制进行了改革完善,明确了符合实际的危险程度高的重点工程项目,经过近2 a的运行和完善,取得了较好效果,达到了预防为主"管理到位"的目的。

By analyzing the ventilation and gas accidents for years in Yangquan Coal Industry（Group） Co.,Ltd,this paper introduced the reform of improvement of ventilation and gas control mechanism based on the current management system,and determined the key engineering projects with high danger which was practical to the reality and great achievements were achieved through nearly 2 a of operation and improvement,reaching the purposes of prevention first with management in place.
