Perfection of Legislation Protection of Superior Mineral Resources in China

优势矿产资源是重要的自然资源,如果能够合理开发利用,将会转化为一个国家巨大的经济优势和竞争优势。我国《矿产资源法》修订在即,文章以完善我国优势矿产资源的立法保护为目的,深入分析我国优势矿产资源开发利用过程中存在的诸多问题以及当前立法不足,并且借鉴国外优势矿产资源法律保护的经验,提出完善优势矿产资源立法保护的建议。

Superior mineral resources are important natural resources and will be transformed into a country＇s huge economic and competitive advantage under a reasonable development and utilization. China＇ s ＂ Mineral Resources Law＂ will be revised soon. In order to improve legislation protection of superior mineral resources in China, the au- thor makes a depth analysis on the many problems in China and the deficiency of current legislation, in the development and utilization of superior mineral resources draws lessons from the experience of the legal protection of for- eign superior mineral resources, and puts forward the riot mineral resources. suggestions on the perfection of legislation protection of supe-rior mineral resources.
