循环微颗粒在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征表达及临床意义

Clinical significance of circulating microparticles levels in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

目的分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)患者血浆中血小板微颗粒(platelet microparticles,PMP)和内皮细胞微颗粒(endothelial microparticles,EMP)水平表达变化及其临床意义。方法以2014年1月-2016年1月在本院门诊及住院治疗的OSAS患者120例为研究对象,流式细胞仪检测各组血浆中EMP、PMP水平,并比较OSAS患者治疗前后EMP、PMP水平。结果不同AHI的OSAS患者EMP、PMP水平差异均具有统计学意义,OSAS患者中,AHI>30次/小时者EMP、PMP水平均高于AHI 5-15次/小时者和AHI>15-30次/小时者,而AHI>15-30次/小时者EMP、PMP水平均高于AHI 5-15次/小时者(P<0.05)。OSAS患者治疗后EMP、PMP水平均明显低于治疗前,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 EMP、PMP水平变化在OSAS的发生发展中具有重要意义,可作为其判断病情和治疗效果的重要生物学标志物之一。

Objective To analyze the levels and clinical significance of platelet microparticles （PMP） and endothelial microparticles （EMP） in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Methods 120 cases of OSAS were collected in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 as the research object, and their levels of EMP and PMP were detected by flow cytometry and compared before and after treatment. Results The difference of EMP and PMP were statistically significant in OSAS patients with different AHI, the levels of EMP and PMP in the AHI 〉 30/ h group were significantly higher than in the AHI 5 - 15/h group and the AHI 〉 15 - 30/h group, and it was higher in the AHI 〉 15 - 30/h group than in the AHI 5 - 15/h group. The levels of EMP and PMP in patients with OSAS after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment. Conclusion Endothelial microparticles and platelet microp- article levels play important roles in the development of overlap syndrome, which can be used as biological markers of disease nroawession and treatment effect.
