干细胞与肺的损伤和修复的最新研究 被引量:1

摘要 肺脏组织结构极其复杂,包括多种分化成熟的上皮细胞、两套血液系统、两种分化成熟的平滑肌组织及独立的免疫系统。由于肺脏结构的复杂性,所以我们对肺脏的损伤及其修复机制的了解是有限的,世系追踪法和细胞标记技术的发展,让我们更多的认识了不同的肺干细胞。
