柞栎象布氏白僵菌鉴定与生物学特性 被引量:1

摘要 对柞栎象成虫和幼虫虫体的白僵菌菌株进行分离、鉴定及生物学特性观察.结果表明:柞栎象体上的虫生真菌为布氏白僵菌;影响布氏白僵菌菌落直径生长量的3个因素中菌株种类居于首位,其次是培养温度;影响产孢量的首要因素是培养基种类,其次是培养温度,最后是菌株种类.对柞栎象成虫提取的布氏白僵菌产孢条件进行选择,结果表明:20~25℃时,在PPDA或PDA培养基上培养可获得最大产孢量.在柞栎象成虫和幼虫虫体上提取的布氏白僵菌萌发率相似,分别为89.11%和85.67%;柞栎象成虫、幼虫虫体提取的布氏白僵菌菌株的抗逆性表现为随着照射时间的增加,生长速度减慢.以紫外线照射45 min为分界点,照射时间小于45 min时柞栎象幼虫菌株长势强于成虫菌株,大于45 min时成虫菌株强于幼虫菌株. Beauveria brongriartii was divided and identified from adults and larvae of Curculio dentipes,and its biological characteristics were observed.The results show that:the species of Beauveria brongriartii from C.dentipes is Beauveria brongriartii Peteh.The difference of individuals is the main factor which affects the diameter growth of B.brongriartii,the second factor is cultivated temperature.The main factor which affected the sporulation is the kind of culture medium,cultivated temperature is followed,and the difference of individual species is the last factor.Beauveria brongriartii cultivated under 20 - 25 ℃ on PPDA or PDA will gain maximum sporulation.The germination rates of Beauveria brongriartii from adults and larva are 89.11% and 85.6 7%.Beauveria brongriartii from larva grew fast when ultraviolet irradiation was less than 45 min,Beauveria brongriartii from adults will grow faster than Beauveria brongriartii from larva under ultraviolet irradiation more than 45 min.
