齐墩果酸对铅中毒小鼠股骨组织中矿物质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨齐墩果酸对铅中毒小鼠股骨组织中矿物质的影响.方法 40只昆明小鼠随机分成对照组、模型组、齐墩果酸组和驱铅组,醋酸铅饮用水造模4周,造模1周后给予齐墩果酸灌胃干预3周,在第4周末处死全部小鼠,取双侧股骨称重,原子吸收法测定小鼠骨组织中铅、钙、铁、锌、铜、镁和锰含量.结果模型组小鼠骨铅含量明显高于对照组,驱铅组骨铅含量低于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).模型组小鼠骨钙和铁含量低于对照组,驱铅组骨钙和铁含量低于模型组(P<0.05).各组骨系数、锌、铜、镁和锰的含量没有明显差别(P>0.05).结论齐墩果酸能降低小鼠骨铅含量,具有一定的驱铅作用. Objective To explore the effect of oleanolic acid on mineral contents in thighbones of lead toxicity mice.Method Forty Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,oleanolic acid group,and lead expelling group.Lead acetate solution was taken freely for 4 weeks to establish the model.One week later,oleanolic acid was given through intragastric administration for 3 weeks.All mice were sacrificed to collect and weigh the bilateral femur at the end of the 4th week.The contents of lead,calcium,iron,zinc,copper,magnesium and manganese were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.Results The lead content of the model group was higher than that of the control group,and the content of lead expelling group was lower than that of the model group,the differences were both significant(P〈0.05).The contents of calcium and iron of the model group were lower than those of the control group,and the contents of lead expelling group were higher than those of the model group,the differences among the above groups were significant(P〈0.05).There were no significant differences in the contents of zinc,copper,magnesium and manganese among all the groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion Oleanolic acid can reduce the content of lead in mice,and exhibit lead expelling effect to some extent.
