摘要
目的对吉林省儿童唇腭裂患者术后语音训练治疗现状进行调查分析.方法对200例先天性儿童唇腭裂术后进行回顾性调查分析,其中102例患儿进行了术后语音训练治疗.对200例患儿及家长以及52位医护人员进行问卷调查,分析术后语音训练治疗效果的影响因素.结果 102例腭裂术后经过语音训练治疗的患者分成4组,经过语音清晰度平均值比较,术后经过语音训练的儿童语音清晰度明显高于术前.术后语音训练的效果受患儿年龄、就医距离、经济原因、治疗时间、家长配合、医护人员的认可度等因素影响.结论对患有唇腭裂的儿童积极开展术后语音训练工作,灵活调整方法,有利于儿童先天性唇腭裂患者术后语音功能的恢复.
Objective To analyze the status of speech training after surgery in children with cleft lip and palate in Jilin province.Method 200 cases of children with congenital cleft lip and cleft palate who underwent surgery were retrospectively analyzed.There were 102 of them who underwent postoperative voice training treatment.A questionnaire survey on 200 cases of the children and their parents or relatives,and 52 medical staff was conducted and the effect of speech training after operation were analyzed.Results There were 98 cases without undergoing the voice training in the 200 children with congenital cleft lip and cleft palate,40 cases with voice training was interrupted,and 62 cases were treated with the voice training.102 cases of the children who underwent the cleft lip and palate surgery were divided into 4 groups,and the comparison on the average values of speech intelligibility showed that speech intelligibility of children who underwent the voice training after surgery was significantly better than that before surgery,and the effect of postoperative voice training was affected by the age,medical distance,treatment time,economic reasons,parents ' cooperation,and acceptance of medical personnel.Conclusion Aactivly carrying out speech training after surgery and flexiblely adjusting the training method should be conducive to the recovery of postoperative children with congenital cleft lip and palate.
