升血颗粒配合化疗对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响

Efect of shengxue granules combined with chemotherapy on life quality in elderly patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer

目的:观察升血颗粒配合化疗对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法:将我院2014年9月至2016年8月收治的老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者170例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组85例。对照组行单药吉西他滨化疗,治疗组在此基础上配合服用升血颗粒。两组均以21天为1个周期,连续2个周期。于化疗前1天,第2次化疗结束后2周评价患者生活质量。结果:2个周期治疗后,治疗组患者的躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能及整体生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者疲乏、疼痛和恶心呕吐评分与对照组比较均降低(P<0.05);治疗组患者呼吸困难、失眠、食欲丧失和便秘的评分与对照组比较均降低(P<0.05)。结论:在吉西他滨治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌过程中联合使用升血颗粒有利于改善临床症状,减轻患者化疗的不良反应,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To observe the effect of shengxue granules combined with chemotherapy on life quality in elderly patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer. Methods：The 170 patients accord with inclusion criteria in our hospital were randomly divided two groups,85 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Gemcitabine chemotherapy,and the treatment group was added with shengxue granules treatment on the basis of control group. The treatment cycle was 21 days,and the patients were treated for 2 cycles in two groups. The life quality was evaluated at 1 day before chemotherapy and 2 weeks after the end of the second chemotherapy. Results：In the course of study,3 patients were off due to loss to follow-up,5 patients had not completed chemotherapy cycle due to refusal of treatment. Only 162 patients completed the study,of whom 82 cases in the treatment group and 80 cases in the control group. After 2 cycles of treatment,the scores of physical function,role function,cognitive function and overall quality of life in treatment group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;After treatment,there were significant differences in the scores of fatigue,pain,nausea and vomiting in the treatment group compared with the control group（P〈0.05）;After treatment,there were significant differences in the scores of dyspnea,insomnia,loss of appetite and constipation in the treatment group compared with the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Shengxue granules combined with gemcitabine chemotherapy in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer,which can reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy,improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
