高考对学生素质能力考查的转变——基于对高考历史卷的分析

A Case Study of Changes of Quality Test in the College Entrance Examination

20世纪70年代末至今,我国的全国统一高考制度大体经历了四个时期的改革。本研究通过对1978年以来历史科高考试题的分析,明晰了高考从以考查学生的知识水平为中心转向重视能力的考查,尤其是新课标高考实施以后,更加强调对学生独立思考和解决实际问题能力的考查。这种高考改革趋势有效促进了素质教育改革的实施。在即将开展的新一轮高考改革中应进一步探究如何考查学生独立思考和运用所学知识分析问题、解决问题的能力。

This study examined the case of history in the four periods of reforms on the national college entrance examination system since the late 1970s to discuss the focal shift from testing students＇ knowledge acquisition to capability building,especially their skills of independent thinking and problem-solving since the implementation of the new curriculum standards. The reform is inclined to effectively promote the implementation of quality education that emphasizes the test of students＇ abilities to think independently in analyzing and solving problems using what they have learned.
