卡前列素氨丁三醇在预防剖宫产产后出血中的应用效果分析

目的研究并分析在剖宫产产后出血患者的预防治疗中使用卡前列素氨丁三醇的效果。方法收集剖宫产后存在产后出血高危因素的患者共116例,根据随机对照、平行、单盲的原则将其分为对照组(58例)和观察组(58例),对照组使用缩宫素,观察组则联合使用卡前列素氨丁三醇,将两组患者的产后出血发生率、产后2 h及24 h出血量、用药不良反应发生率进行观察和对比。结果观察组的产后出血发生率明显低于对照组,观察组产后2 h及24 h的出血量显著低于对照组,观察组用药后的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论在剖宫产后存在产后出血患者的预防治疗过程中,卡前列素氨丁三醇具有显著疗效,能够降低患者的出血率和出血量,且用药安全可靠,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of prevention on postpartum hemorrage in cesarean section by carboprost tromethamine. Methods A total of 116 cases of patients with high risk puerperas for postpartum hemor rhage after cesarean section were collec＇ted, all were divided into control group（58 cases） and observation group （58 cases） according to randomized controlled, parallel principle, single-blind methods.The control group received oxytocin treat- ment, the observation group combined with carboprost tromethamine.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, postpar- tum hemorrhage at 2 hours and 24 hours after cesarean section, incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the postpartum hemorrhage at 2 hours and 24 hours after cesarean section in observation group was significantly less than control group, the incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was significantly lower than the control group, all P〈0.05. Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine has a exact effect for prevention of post- partum hemorrage in cesarean section,it can reduce the incidence and amount of postpartum hemorrhage, it is safe and reliable, should be widely applied.
