子宫黏膜下肌瘤治疗方法的研究进展

Research progress on the treatment of submucous myoma of uterus

黏膜下子宫肌瘤由于其位置与子宫内膜关系密切,常引起异常子宫出血、腹痛、不孕、反复流产等。根据黏膜下肌瘤的类型及引起的症状不同,其治疗方法也不同,主要包括药物、子宫切除、肌瘤切除或肌瘤摘除等。本文拟在不同类型子宫黏膜下肌瘤治疗方法的选择方面进行综述。

Submucous myoma of uterus has a close relationship with the endometrium because of its location, often causing abnormal uterine bleeding, abdominal pain, infertility, recurrent miscarriage and so on. According to the type of submucosal fibroids and different symptoms, its treatment is also different, including drugs, hysterectomy, myomectomy or removal of myoma. This paper intends to review on the selection of the treatment for different types of submucosal myoma of uterus.
