摘要 人类疾病的产生首先来自于物质的异常 ,所以物质分析是诊断疾病的主要技术。根据人体内物质不同的特性和浓度来选择不同的测量方法和计量技术。本文对近 40年来超微量物质分析 ,如肿瘤标志、激素、维生素和病原等 ,给予简短的评论 ,它们的浓度低于 10 -6g/L 。 The disease Development of the human being comes from at first the substance abnormities. So the substance analisis is the chief technique to diagnose diseases. Different methods and metrological techniques should be selected for determination according to the different characteristics and concentration of the substances in our body. This article makes a breif review on the past development during the latest 40 years of the ultra-micro substance analisis such as tumor marker, hormone, vitamins and pathogeny etc. whose concentration is below 10 -6 g/L and an introduction to the future new technique.
