摘要
不定根的形成是一种受到基因型、生理状况及所处环境因素影响的复杂生物学过程。对该过程的研究不仅可揭示不定根的发育机制,而且可促进植物种苗的商业化发展。与生长素合成、转运、信号响应及降解相关的生理生化及分子调控机制已有广泛深入的研究,笔者将从植物激素、下游信号分子、相关基因和蛋白等几个方面综述蔬菜不定根形成分子调控机制的研究进展。
The formation of adventitious root is a complex biological process which is effected by the plant genotype, physiological condition and environmental factors. Research on the formation of adventitious root have theoretical signifi canoe on the development mechanism of adventitious root and obvious application value on the commercial plant seedlings. It has been reported that the accumulation of auxin plays an important role in the formation of adventitious roots. The effects of phytohormone, downstream molecular signal, related gene and protein in vegetable adventitious root formation and development is reviewed in this paper.
