摘要
制备了碳包覆铁(C@Fe)/环氧树脂吸波复合材料,利用场发射扫描电子显微镜和网络分析仪,分别研究了不同C@Fe质量分数的环氧树脂复合材料微观结构及吸波性能。结果表明,当C@Fe质量分数较高时,颗粒在复合材料中呈均匀分散状态。当C@Fe质量分数从30%增加到40%时,厚度为2 mm的复合材料反射损耗峰由-3.7 d B增加到-38.2 d B;当C@Fe质量分数为40%时,复合材料反射损耗在-10 d B以下带宽约为5.6 GHz。
The microwave absorbing composite materials were prepared by using different C@Fe magnetic powders as the absorbing agents and epoxy resin as the matrix. The microstructure and the microwave absorbing properties of the epoxy resin based composites with different C@Fe content were studied by field emission SEM and PNA-X N5247A vector network analyzer. The results show that when the C@Fe content in the composites increases from 30% to 40% , the reflection loss peak of the composites with thickness of 2 mm decreases from -3.7 dB to -38.2 dB. And when the C@Fe content in the compositie is 40%, the effective bandwidth (less than-10 dB) is 5.6 GHz. When the C@Fe content is higher, the particles are dispersed evenly in the composite materials.
