摘要
分别以γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法,在酸催化条件下制备了有机硅涂层,并考察了原料配比对涂层稳定性的影响。通过红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、扫描电镜等多种方法研究了涂层性能。结果表明,通过缩聚反应,聚碳酸酯(PC)板表面形成了以Si—O—Si为基本骨架的交联网络结构;由γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷制得的涂层略微提高了PC板的透光率;PC板的表面硬度在涂覆两种涂层后均由2B提升至H,可以满足涂层的日常使用需求。
Organic silicone coatings are prepared by the sol -gel method with 3 - (methacryloxypropyl) -trimethoxysilane and hexadecyhrimethoxysilane as the main raw materials respectively in the acidic en- vironment. The effects of organosilane, ethanol and water on the stability of organic silicone coatings are studied. The coating performance are studyed by IR spectrum, UV - vis spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy etc. The results show that the base backbone of the crosslinked structure with Si-O-Si is formed on polycarbonate (PC) coatings by the condensation reaction is Si-O-Si. The coating prepared with 3 - (methacryloxypropyl) - trimethoxysilane can improve the transparency of PC. The hardness of PC increases from 2B to H after coated ,which can satisfy the demand of daily use.
