摘要
在四氢呋喃为溶剂的情况下,我们采用四氢铝锂还原二氟乙酸苯甲酯生成二氟乙醇。并探讨了反应温度、反应时间和四氢铝锂等因素对反应的影响。结果表明:在温度0℃条件下,n(LiAlH_4)∶n(CF_2HCOOCH_2C_6H_5)=0.7,V(CF_2HCOOCH_2C_6H_5)∶V(THF)=1∶4时,二氟乙醇的收率可以达到99.26%。
In the case of tetrahydrofuran as solvent,we use lithium aluminum hydrideto restore two fluoroacetate benzene methyl ester form difluoroethanol. The influence of reaction temperature, reaction time, lithium aluminum hydrideto and other factors on the reaction are discussed. The results show that the tem perature of 0 ℃ and the condition of n ( NaBH4 ) : n ( CF2HCOOCH2 C6H5 ) = 0 . 7 and V(CF2HCOOCH2C6H5) : V(THF) = 1 : 4, two fluorine ethanol yield can reach 99.26%
