摘要
高职院校对教师进行科学、公正的考核,有利于调动教师的积极性,提高教师的教学质量,促进教师的专业发展,从而实现专业建设与学校目标协调统一发展的目的。目前一些高职院校在教师考核方面存在着考核作用发挥不充分、标准不全面、过程简单化等问题。为此应提高认识、全员参与、规范程序,以促进高职院校更好的发展。
A scientific and fair assessment of the performances of teachers in vocational colleges may help achie to mobilize their enthusiasm, improve teaching quality, promote their professional development, and vea coordinated development of professional construction of individual teachers and schools. This paper puts forward countermeasures.
