抗战时期陕北公学的党建工作及现实启示

The Party Construction Work of Shanbei Public School During the Anti-Japanese War and Its Revelation

陕北公学是中共中央长征胜利抵达陕北后新创办的第一所革命大学。学校创办的目的是"实施国防教育,培养抗战人才"。1938年3月,中央发出大量发展党员的指示后,中央组织部和陕北公学党组采取了一系列举措,发展了大批新党员,为民族抗战培养了大批党员干部。抗战时期陕北公学的党建举措和成就,对于当前我国高校的党建工作具有重要的现实启示意义。

Abstract： Shanbei Public School is the first revolutionary university founded after the settlement of the CPC Central Committee in the northern Shaanxi at the end of Long March. The purpose of the university was to ＂carry out national defense education and cultivate talents for the war of resistance＂. In March 1938, after the Central Committee issued a large number of instructions for the development of party members, the Organization Department of the CPC Central committee and the Shanbei Public School Party Group adopted a series of measures, which had developed a large number of new Party members, and had trained a large number of party cadres for the national war- fare. The party construction measures and achievements of the Shanbei Public School during the Anti -Japanese War period have an important realistic significance for the Party building work in Chinese universities at present.
