University Learning Environment Construction from the “Personnel Training” Perspective in Information Era

"人才培养"依赖于学习(教学)活动的发生,学习活动总是发生在一定的学习环境中,构建信息化的学习环境应是当前我国大学革新的首要任务。依据高等学校发展趋势,提出"以学生为中心"的信息时代大学学习环境设计概念图,着力于培养"知识与创新实践能力并重"的接班人。为此,学校应加大硬件环境的信息化建设,行政部门要明确"管理就是服务"的理念,教师需教学科研并进、产学研结合,社会应积极为大学生实践提供更多机会,学生当自强做人,以确保该学习环境的顺利建设。

According to the trend of the development of higher education, this article proposes a ＂student - centered＂ university learning environment mind - map in information era, aims to nurture successors with knowledgeable and innovative practice abilities. Therefore, the university should enhance the level of information in concrete environment construction, administrative departments should make the idea clear that ＂management is service＂, teacher should do research and teaching go hand in hand, integrate Production - Learning - Research, society should provide more opportunities for college students to practice actively, and students should be self- reliant , so as to ensure the smooth construction of the learning environment.
