摘要 为了加强少数民族创新人才的培养,实施实践教学策略是高等教育培养民族学生创新能力的主要渠道。以人才培养目标为导向,以现代教学模式为实践指导,把握学生的认知情况和学习行为方式,因材施教,有的放矢。该文将现代教学手段和丰富的网络资源整合成为创新能力培养有力工具,注重考核和评价方式的改革,将素质教育进行到底。实践表明,探究民族学生创新能力培养教学策略实施中的问题,对素质教育的课程改革推进有实践价值。 In order to strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents of ethnic minorities, the implementation of practical teaching strategies is the main channel for higher education to cultivate innovative ability of ethnic students. We should take the objectives of the talents training as direction, take modern teaching mode as practical guidance, and thus can grasp the situation of students' cognitive and learning behavior mode, then teach students in accordance with their aptitude and act with a well - defined objective in mind. This paper integrates modem teaching methods and extensive network resources into a powerful tool for innovative ability training, focus on the assessment and evaluation methods, and put the quality education in the end. Practice shows that exploring the problems in the im- plementation of teaching strategies for cultivating innovative ability of ethnic students is of practical value to the curriculum reform of quality education.
