模拟集成电路设计课程改革研究

Curriculum Reform Research on Design of Analog Integrated Circuit

针对辽宁工程技术大学电子与信息工程学院模拟集成电路设计课程授课方法、考核方式和实践教学方法 3个教学环节出现的问题,该文结合大学本科模拟集成电路设计的教学经验,分析了该课程的知识体系结构及教学现状,提出了多媒体结合、理论实践融合及分阶段考核等改革方案。实践表明,该改革方案在实际教学过程得到了应用,取得了显著的效果。

Aiming at the problems of teaching methods, assessment methods and practical teaching methods in the course of Ana- log Integrated Circuit Design in School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Liaoning Technical University, Combining with the teaching experience of the undergraduate Simulation IC Design, this paper analyzes the knowledge architecture and the present teaching situation of the course, and proposes the reform programs, including multimedia combination, theory and practice combination and phased examination. Practice shows that the reform program in the actual teaching process has been applied and achieved remarkable re- sults.
