基于低场核磁共振的钻井泥浆含油率检测实验研究

摘要 建立相关的检测方法对钻井泥浆中含油率进行随钻检测是随钻录井技术发展中非常重要的一个环节。该文基于核磁共振原理对汽油、柴油及盐水泥浆构成的钻井泥浆中的含油率进行了核磁共振实验,建立了核磁共振谱参量与钻井泥浆中含油率的关系。实验研究结果表明,在室内对钻井泥浆样品进行核磁共振实验时,实验样品静置时间需超过一定时间(最佳测量时间)才可获得稳定的核磁共振谱;钻井泥浆中含油率与核磁共振T_2谱中油峰的峰比例之间存在线性正相关关系,且线性关系的斜率随泥浆中含油种类的不同而有所不同。 It is an very important link in the development of logging technology to establish relevant detection method for oil con- tent in the drilling mud while drilling. Based on the principle of nuclear magnetic resonance( NMR), in this paper, the oil content of drilling mud which composed of gasoline, diesel oil and saltwater mud are tesed by NMR, and the relationship between the NMR parameters and the oil content in drilling mud is established. The experimental results show that the MRS of drilling mud sample cannot be obtained until tbe sationary time of the samples is more than a certain time ( the best measurement time). ; and there is a linear positive correlation relationship between the oil content in drilling mud and the oil peak ratio of the T2 spectrum, What is more, the slope of the linear relation varies with the oil types contained in the mud.
