江西省2011年-2015年呼吸道感染儿童人博卡病毒感染分析

Prevalence of human bocavirus among children with respiratory tract infection in Jiangxi province from 2011 to 2015

目的了解近几年人博卡病毒在江西省呼吸道感染儿童中的流行情况。方法采集2011年8月至2015年12月1508例江西省呼吸道感染儿童的咽拭子或支气管灌洗液样本,利用RT-PCR对博卡病毒进行检测。结果 1508例患儿呼吸道标本中86例患儿被检测出博卡病毒阳性,阳性率为5.70%。小于等于1岁的儿童的阳性率最高,且男性患儿的阳性率大于女性患儿。主要流行时间为5-8月。HBo V感染与其他呼吸道病毒混合感染率达到了60.47%。结论 HBo V是引起江西省儿童呼吸道感染的主要病原体之一,多发于低龄,男性患儿,以夏季高发。且与其他呼吸道病毒有较高的混合感染率。

Objective To study the prevalence of human bocavirus（HBo V） among children with respiratory tract infection（RTI）in Jiang Xi province and analyze its epidemic characteristics. Methods One thousand five hundred and eight throat swabs or bronchial perfusate samples from children with RTI in Jiang Xi province were collected from August 2011 to December 2015.HBo V were detected using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）. Results The positive ratio of HBo V was 5.70%（86） from 1508 RIT cases. The majority of infected children were under 2 years old. The positive rate of male children was higher than female children. The prevalence of HBo V infection occurred mainly from May to August. The rate of co-infection of HBo V and other respiratory viruses was 60.47% in positive samples. Conclusion HBo V is one of the important pathogens in children with respiratory tract infection in Jiang Xi,which is more prevalent in the male children younger than two years old in summer and is of higher co-infection rates with other respiratory viruses.
