摘要
为了描述了城市道路网络对交通量的承载能力,以实现路网运行状态与服务水平的判断,对城市道路网容量估计的方法进行了研究。考虑城市道路网容量的影响因素,提出了基于路段通行能力的城市道路网容量定义,建立了双层规划模型,并提出迭代优化算法(IOA)实现模型求解。上层模型以路网容量最大为目标,下层是随机路径选择模型。以局域网为算例,验证了模型的有效性和可靠性,并将模型推广至任意区域网络计算。
The urban road network capacity describe the bearing capacity of city road network. It is an important index to judge the state and service level of the road network. Based on the analysis of in- fluence factors of city road network capacity, this paper defined the capacity of city road network consid- ering road capacity. A bi-level programming model was established to calculate the capacity of road net- work based on stochastic route choice. The algorithm for the model was designed. A whole and a region road network were used to test and verify the proposed method.
