基于三角模糊数的高速新通车运营安全评估体系研究

摘要 新通车的高速公路具有交通量少、路面摩擦系数大、驾驶员对路况不熟悉等特点,为了提高其安全性,以交通工程学、心理学、模糊数学等理论为指导,通过大量的实地调研和交通流特征参数、驾驶员心生理数据的采集,把采集的数据应用三角模糊数法、AHP法进行分析,确定了影响新通车高速公路运营安全评估指标,进而构建了新通车高速公路运营安全评估体系,为高速公路运营安全的评价提出了一种新的思路。 The new highway opened to traffic has the characteristics of less traffic, large friction coefficient of pavement, and the driver is not familiar with the road conditions. In order to improve the safety, based on the theory of traffic engineering, psychology, fuzzy mathematics theory, and a lot of in- vestigation andtraffic flow characteristic parameters, driver's psychological and physiological data acquisi- tion, through the application of triangular fuzzy numbers method, AHP method to analyze thecollectedda- ta, and determined theimpactofthenewtraffichighwayoperationsafetyassessmentindicators, andthencon- structsthenewhighway opened to traffic operationsafetyassessmentsystem, forthehighwaytransportsafetye- valuationputforwardakindofnewwayofthinking.
