摘要
研究基质沥青、橡胶沥青、SBS改性沥青、高粘度改性沥青共四种沥青对大空隙沥青混合料与半柔性路面材料的高温性能、水稳定性能、低温抗裂性能的影响规律,为半柔性路面材料工程设计与施工提供合适的沥青性能指标。研究结果表明:沥青类型对大空隙沥青混合料的高温性能、水稳定性影响很大,但是对于半柔性路面材料来说,沥青类型对高温性能与水稳定性能基本无影响,而对低温抗裂性能差异较大。采用高粘度改性沥青的作用效果最好,考虑低温抗裂要求时,半柔性路面不宜采用普通沥青。
In order to provide suitable performance indicators of asphalt for the engineering design and construction of the semi-flexible pavement (SFP) , the anti-rutting, water stability and low temperature crack resistance performance of large gap asphalt mixture and SFP was tested with four kinds of as- phalt. The four kinds of asphalt was common asphalt,rubber asphalt,SBS modified asphalt,high viscosity modified asphalt. The results showed that:the asphalt type had a great influence on the anti-rutting and water stability of large gap asphalt mixture,but for SFP,the asphalt type had almost no effect on the anti- rutting and water stability, except for the larger difference on the low temperature cracking perform- ance. The high-viscosity modified asphalt had the best effect, the common asphalt should not be used in the SFP when considering low temperature cracking requirements.
