The Construction of Enterprise Credit System under the Background of Big Data

摘要 随着互联网技术的飞速发展,大数据逐步渗透至征信业,在给传统征信模式带来挑战的同时,也推动着征信业迅速发展。我国企业信用体系的模式选择,可在以中国人民银行征信中心为主的现有体系基础上,探索一条"政府和私营征信机构合作"的道路。目前,我国信用体系存在数据分割严重、信用信息不全且来源渠道窄、小微企业数据缺乏、信用风险评估方法科学性不足和信用评级机构间存在过度竞争等问题。应在通过跨部门数据集成、厚数据抽样调查和网络数据采集三方面获取信用信息的基础上,进行数据挖掘与信用模型研发,进而建立完善的信用体系。 With the rapid development of Internet technology, the big data has gradually affect into the cred- it industry, which brought new challenges to the traditional credit model, but also promote the development of credit industry. The model of Chinese enterprise credit system can follow a new path of "cooperation between government and private credit cooperatives" on the basis of the existing system based on the credit reference center of the People's Bank of China. However, there are serious problems at present, such as the data seg- mentation, incomplete credit information sources, narrow channels, insufficient scientific assessment methods for credit risk, excessive competition among the credit rating agencies and lack of data on small and micro en- terprises et al. The establishment of a sound credit system should be based on data mining and credit model on the basis of the credit information collected from cross - sectoral data integration, thick data sampling survey and network data collection.
