我国对亚洲区域农业投资的主要目标与任务

我国农业发展面临人均耕地少、水资源紧缺、供需结构性失衡等诸多方面的局限,利用两种资源、两个市场的任务日益紧迫。随着"一带一路"建设和国际产能合作的推进,我国对亚洲的农业投资较快增长。建立对外农业投资重点区域综合评级体系,根据指标测算结果确定对亚洲农业投资重点关注的农产品,设定总体发展目标和具体产能目标,明确主要任务和投资主要途径,并从微观层面为相关部门提供科学决策依据,有序推进我国对外农业投资健康可持续发展。

China＇s agricultural development is confronted with many limitations such as low per capita arable land, shortage of water resources, structural imbalance of supply and demand. The task for China＇s agricultur- al to make full use of the two resources and two markets is becoming increasingly urgent. With the promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative and the international cooperation in production capacity, China＇s agricultural in- vestment in Asia grew faster. In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China＇s agricul- ture investment in foreign countries, it is necessary to establish comprehensive rating system of agricultural in- vestment in the critical area, determine the key products of agricultural investment in Asian according to the results of system, set the overall development goals and specific capacity targets, make clear the main tasks and investment path, and provide scientific decision - making basis for the relevant departments from the micro level.
