非洲中资企业社会责任问题刍议——以苏丹为例

On Social Responsibility of Chinese Enterprises in Africa:A Case Study of Sudan

在非中资企业切实履行社会责任对于中国负责任大国形象的塑造与维护、国家的软实力建设、促进企业在当地的健康与可持续发展以及保护企业员工及其他在非华人的人身与财产安全等方面均具有特殊的重要意义。大部分投资非洲的中资企业都能够积极履行相应社会责任,得到了非洲国家政府与普通民众的肯定。但仍存在诸多不足,其中既有主观认知不足而引发的行为偏差,也有客观能力有限而导致的成效有限。促进在非中资企业履行社会责任是一项系统性工程,中国政府、中资企业及个人等都负有不同的责任。各方主体应充分认识到自己的利益所在,根据自己的能力与义务,共同为在非中资企业履行好社会责任贡献力量。

There are a lot of significances for the Chinese enterprises in Africa to fulfill their social resposibili- ties, including the construction and maintance of the image of a responsible great power for China, building of China＇s soft power, sound and sustainable development of the Chinese enterprises in Africa as well as protection of the personal safety and property of Chinese citizens in Africa. Generally, most Chinese enterprises in Africa have actively fulfilled their social resposibilities and have gained appreciation from African governments and the local people. However, limited by both the subjective and objective factors, there are still some unsatisfactory aspects in their work. To promote them to fulfill their social responsibilities in Africa is a systemic project, the Chinese government, enterprises and individuals all have duties to realize it. Therefore, each of the parties above should be clearly aware of their interests in it, and work together to make contributions for the Chinese enterpri- ses to fulfill the social responsibilities in Africa in accordance to their capacities and duties.
